1 bag of frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 eggs
Dash of: garlic salt, pepper, onion powder
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Cook the frozen hashbrowns in the 1/2 cup of butter or margarine until desired crispness is reached.
Mix eggs together with garlic salt, pepper and onion powder. Add a
1/4 tsp of heavy cream or milk to egg mixture.
Cook until eggs are thoroughly cooked.
Melt 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top.
My kids loved this!!! We all ate it up. Enjoy!!
