Sour cream & gouda mashed potatoes

Ingredients:
6 – 8 Idaho russet potatoes. Peeled, cubed and washed

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup gouda cheese

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup whipping cream

1 tsp garlic salt

Dash of pepper

How to make it:

Boil sliced and cubed potatoes for 20 minutes. Or until soft.

Drain excess water and place back in pot. Using a potato masher, mash the heck out of them.

Meanwhile add: sour cream, yogurt, gouda cheese, whipping cream, butter, garlic salt and pepper.

So good!
