Rum Balls

3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/3 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups shredded coconut
2 1/2 cups Rum

Put white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute.  Stir. Continue microwaving at 20 second intervals until thoroughly melted.  Add the rest of the ingredients.  Mix thoroughly. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll into balls and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.  Enjoy!!
