Ingredients:
4 to 5 large Russet potatoes (washed and sliced thin with the skins on)
5 tbsp melted butter
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Parsley
Grated parmesan cheese
Grated cheddar cheese
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and slice potatoes
Place on a cookie baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray..
Melt the 5 tbsp of butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add spices to your liking.
Gently brush the spiced butter onto each side of the sliced potatoes.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Flip the potato slices over. Cover with cheeses. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Top with sour cream if desired.
My children loved these. I had second helpings myself.
