8 to 12 chicken breast filets (sliced into chunks)
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of milk
Dash of flour
Melt 1/4 of butter in a large skillet
Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle over chicken pieces.
Cook chicken in butter on stove top. About 8 minutes per side. (16 minutes total)
Next, melt the rest of the butter and add milk. Add a dash of flour as the thickening agent within the last couple of minutes. Melt cheese on top if you’d like.
Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes.
