I like fish and these spices add just the right amount of flavor. The parmesan cheese is a wonderful extra bonus!
Ingredients:
6 – 8 fish fillets
Lemon juice
1/2 cup of melted butter
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Spinach dip
Cavenders all purpose Greek mix
All purpose bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add aluminum to cover a 9 x 13 baking dish. Grease foil.
Next mix the melted butter and a dash of lemon juice.
Next mix all of the spices together to your taste.
Dredge the fish thru the melted butter and lemon. Then thru the spices.
After the last fish is coated, pour the leftover butter/lemon and spices over fish.
Bake for 30 minutes. Take out and enjoy.
