Churro Cheesecake

First of all, I have a serious sweet tooth. And I have a weak spot for cheesecake. This dessert is perfect! It’s the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar…..and the cheesecake filling is to die for. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
2 cans of butter flavored crescent rolls
2 – 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Non stick spray
9 x 13 casserole dish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease or spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non stick spray.

Mix together 2 – 8 oz packages of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg. Blend all together well. Set aside.

Mix together 1/4 cup of sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Sprinkle onto bottom of pan. Next, roll the crescent rolls on top making sure the seams are closed.

Smear the cream cheese mixture on top of the flattened rolls.

Roll the next can of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese mixture making sure all seams are closed.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar and a dash of cinnamon on top.

Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
