Creamy garlic tomato orzo

Ingredients:
1 can of whole cooked tomatoes
1 cup of orzo
1 tbsp of parsley
Half tbsp of minced garlic
4 oz cream cheese

1. Cook orzo in boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain.
2. Add the whole cooked tomatoes with juice. Cut the whole tomatoes into tiny pieces.
3.  Add the parsley, garlic and cream cheese. 
4. Cook until cream cheese is melted.
5. Be careful not to burn the orzo. It will stick to the bottom of the pan the longer it cooks.
