Parmesan Balsamic crockpot potatoes

Ingredients:
Baby Idaho potatoes (cut in half)
*skin can be left on or off*

Half of an onion (diced)

Salt
Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar (1 tbsp)
Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
Parsley flakes (1 tbsp)

How to do it:

Cut and slice potatoes. Rice under cool water to clean them well.

Slice and dice your onion.

Add a dash of salt and pepper. Add your parsley flakes and balsamic vinegar.

Mix together well in a bowl. Add your potato mixture to a “foil bowl” and close all sides. Place in crock pot for 4 hours on high.

The last few minutes add your parmesan cheese.
