Carolina Style BBQ Baked Chicken

First of all, I hope you had a wonderful Halloween! We had so much fun! We all froze last night while trick or treat was going on as well. Nevertheless, I’ve already started looking for outfits for next year lol

Now….onto the recipe…

My family ate the heck out of this one. The kids went back for seconds and thirds.  The hubs got seconds and thirds while he was in the kitchen getting his plate. He said this was awesome.

Ingredients:

1 bottle of Cattle men’s tangy gold BBQ sauce

1/4 cup liquid smoke
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Place your chicken (I used boneless thighs) on the foil.

Cover your chicken in the BBQ sauce mixture.

Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes just like the picture above.

It will look like this when it’s ready to he devoured.

It is delicious! I’m taking left overs for work tomorrow. Yummy!

Enjoy!
