This past weekend was Halloween. We had a blast! It was cold, but my kids learned what trick or treat was all about. My hubby even dressed up a bit for the occasion. Our mini me’s really took the cake in the photo op below:

The oldest looks just like me and well, the boys are doing what they normally do for pictures. Lol!

Pumpkins were carved and candy passed out…and tons of candy was ate by everyone.

Then Monday rolls around and you have to go to work. I love my job and my family. It’s hard to balance the two but where there’s will, there’s a way. I see the kids before work and after I get home. It’s a long day but I do enjoy having a career with other professionals.  It’s exciting and rewarding at the same time. So is motherhood. The key is to work just as hard at home with the kids and spouse just like your regular job. It’s all rewarding in the end.

On another note, the holiday season is just beginning…

Holiday party invites and get togethers with family and friends is just a part of the joy of the season. Halloween and Christmas are my favorites. Christmas songs were playing in the mall already and it made me smile! Not that I want to skip over Thanksgiving or anything, but hearing the songs brings back great memories of childhood days.  Having great food is another…
