We are living in a hectic, busy world….
Errands to run, household duties to take care of, mommy/daddy duties, running the kids here and there…and then there’s work! All of those things make cooking dinner a hard task. Well, have I got just the thing for you….Balsamic Salsa Crockpot Chicken.
My crockpot is one of my favorite kitchen items. I don’t know if I could love without it. Which is why I have 2 of them lol
Here’s the recipe!
4 frozen boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 jar of chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot) – pick your poison
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Diced green peppers
How to make it:
1. Place the frozen chicken thighs in your crockpot.
2. Next add your salsa and your balsamic vinegar.
3. Cook on low for 4 hours….

4. Take the chicken out of the crockpot and shred.
5. Place the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and turn on low. Add in the diced green peppers and stir.
Ways to serve this delicious chicken:
On slider buns
In taco or burrito shells
In a salad
Go ahead and add some cheese, sour cream or whatever else your taste buds might want.
