This quick recipe goes with the Balsamic Salsa Crockpot Chicken. These fries just complete the meal!! They are the perfect comfort food.
Here is the recipe:
6 potatoes peeled and sliced into fries
1 pouch of Lipton Onion soup
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
How to make it:
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
2. Line a cookie pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
3. Mix your olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, Lipton onion soup mix and sliced potatoes in a large bowl.
4. Place the potatoes onto your lined cookie sheet.
5. Bake for a total of 35 minutes. (please mix halfway thru cooking)

I paired them with Balsamic Salsa Crockpot Chicken sliders. The meal was sooooo good and I even have leftovers for work tomorrow. I am looking forward to lunch!
