Who can resist an awesomely Easy dinner made with chicken, potatoes and corn on the cob? Nobody! This dish was perfect for tonight. Working six days in a row can put a strain on making dinner. Exhaustion and needing to grocery shop are high on the list today. But, we will be having a savory and delicious dinner that won’t take all night to make.
Here are the ingredients:
Chicken thighs (I used frozen)
Baby corn on the cob
Sliced potatoes
Italian salad dressing
1/2 stick of butter
Salt
Pepper
I bet you have most of these ingredients in your kitchen! It’s easy to throw together.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Line a 9×13 baking dish with aluminum foil.
Place your chicken on the aluminum foil and add some Italian dressing. (Add as much or as little as you’d like)
Next add half a stick of butter to your corn on the cob. Make sure the corn on the cob is in its on aluminum foil so it does not taste like the chicken.
Next, add some salt and pepper to your sliced potatoes. (If you are feeding a large number of people, you will need more than I used) make sure the potatoes are wrapped in their own foil.
Put all of the foil pouches in the same baking pan as the chicken.
Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour…..
