Here is a great #recipe that is easy to put together and the best part…..is the crockpot does all of the work while you go about your #busy day. I am home with the kids today and wanted to have a home cooked meal that didn’t take a long time to make. In between making breakfast and cleaning up after the kids, I tossed thus together. And voila! Dinner will be ready in about 8 ish hours! Besides, who wants to slave over a stove or keep an eye on the oven when a free day or even a work day is involved!
Here are the ingredients:
1 package of Turkey Thighs (legs or breast will work too)
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Mix all of those ingredients in a small bowl and cover your turkey in the mixture.
Cook on low in the crockpot for 8 hours. Now you can go relax, do other chores, go to work or shop! The possibilities are endless….
